Let's find your account
- If you are a Wellington City Council staff member, your Whare Kura login is linked to your OneCouncil account, so you don't need to enter your username and password. When accessing Whare Kura click the Staff Log on button on the left-hand side.
- If prompted, you will need to enter your WCC email address, click Next. Then enter the password you use to log on to your computer, and click Sign in. If you have forgotten your computer password, create a HIKO ticket to get this reset.
- If you are a contractor or external user without a OneCouncil account, your manager can request Whare Kura access for you via HIKO. You will be emailed a unique Username and Password, which can be entered on the login screen on the right-hand side.
- If you have set up a CCO or Community Center account and need your password reset, submit your username or email address below. An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password.
- If you do not have a Wellington City Council email address, you or your manager will need to email wharekura@wcc.govt.nz to request a password reset.
